On this historic day, June 6th, we commemorate the bravery and sacrifice of the Allied forces during the pivotal D-Day invasion of Normandy in World War II. 🗡️🏰

Did you know? D-Day, codenamed Operation Overlord, marked the largest amphibious assault in history, involving over 156,000 troops from the United States, Canada, and Great Britain. The mission aimed to liberate Europe from Nazi occupation and played a crucial role in the ultimate Allied victory. 🌍🙌

Let us remember and honor the courage and determination of those who fought on the beaches of Normandy and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸🙏 The GREATEST GENERATION!!! God Bless All of The Allied Heroes 🇺🇲🇬🇧🇨🇦
